SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping over $200 and for other items a flat rate of $15.  All our items are sent with Australia Post (or an alternative source if they are not available) and shipped next business day in most cases. 

Once an order has been despatched,  you will receive tracking details via email. If you would like more information on the status of your order, we suggest signing up to Australia Post My account  to obtain updated shipping information. Generally, all orders are sent with signature for delivery required. If you do not have a safe spot for delivery, you will need to select safe drop via your Australia Post tracking portal. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept returns within 30 days from purchase, in exchange for a store credit or refund (dependant on the product). No refunds or returns are available on sale items.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. You will not be eligible for a store credit, another item or refund where items returned to us are damaged, soiled, torn or not in the same condition as sold.

 

In order to place a return, please email hello@thecuratedlifestyle.com.au with your order number, and to commence the returns process. 

The cost of returning the item will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product and you have not adhered to the care instructions provided on our website.

 

We will not accept responsibility for any parcels returned until safely received at our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are packed correctly, and that the stock is not damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for processing.

Once the return has been processed, we will email you with your store credit information.

Please note, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale items

  • Custom made items

All products must be returned as ‘new’ and in a resaleable condition. Please ensure the item(s) are:

  • Unused

  • Tags attached (if applicable)

  • In original packaging
