These are the terms and conditions for our online retail sales. SHIPPING TIMES + TRACKING All items are sent via Australia Post (or an alternative source if they are not available) generally within 24-48 hours of an order being placed. On an order being despatched, the customer will receive tracking details via email. If you would like more information on the status of your order, it is your responsibility to log in to your Australia Post account to determine the relevant shipping information. If you do not have a safe spot for delivery, you will need to select safe drop via your Australia Post tracking portal. RETURNS We will accept returns within 30 days from purchase, in exchange for a store credit or refund (dependant on the product). No refunds or returns are available on sale items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. The customer will not be eligible for a store credit, another item or refund where items returned to us are damaged, soiled, torn or not in the same condition as sold. In order to place a return, please email hello@thecuratedlifestyle.com.au with your order number, to receive a returns form. The cost of returning the item will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product and you have not adhered to the care instructions provided on our website. We will not accept responsibility for any parcels returned until safely received at our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are packed correctly, and that the stock is not damaged in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for processing. Once the return has been processed, we will email you with your store credit information.
